The Tri-State Health Care Coalition was selected to receive the Population Health Seed Grant from the National Business Coalition on Health (NBCH). This grant program supports collaborations and partnerships of people and groups taking actions to improve health status in a defined population. Grant must be used address health promotion or prevention relevant to diabetes or any public health indicator".

There were 19 grants submitted and 7 were selected.
